At Art of Pops, we are committed to providing quality products. However, if a product arrives damaged, we accept returns and offer a refund under the following conditions:

Damaged item: If the item you received is damaged, we ask that you provide proof of the item's condition (clear photos showing the damage) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return of items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in very specific cases.

Refund: If the return conditions are met, a full refund will be issued, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase.
