1. Introduction
   These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of artworks, prints, and originals works (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") offered on www.artofpops.com. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms without reservation.

2. Orders
   Any order placed on www.artofpops.com constitutes a binding purchase agreement between the buyer and artofpops. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3. Prices
   Product prices are available in multiple currencies, including Swiss francs (CHF), and are inclusive of applicable taxes (VAT included). To enhance your shopping experience, we have chosen to offer free shipping on all orders.
   

4. Payment
   Payments can be made securely online via any of the payment method available on our website. Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

5. Delivery
   Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. We currently ship within Switzerland and selected international locations.

6. Warranty
   All artworks, prints, and originals sold on our site are described accurately and comply with the stated specifications. We provide no warranties beyond the legal warranty of conformity under Swiss law.

7. Intellectual Property and Image Rights
   All artworks, prints, and originals work made by the artist "Pops", as well as all site content (including images, text, and logos), are protected by copyright laws and remain the exclusive property of Artofpops or the respective rights holders. As the creator, I retain full rights to reproduce, distribute, and use my work, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

   Unauthorized reproduction, use, or distribution of my works—whether online or offline—without my prior consent constitutes a violation of copyright laws and may result in legal action. This includes any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use of my work.

8. Liability
   Artofpops shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of purchased products, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

9. Modification of Terms
   We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, we will seek an amicable resolution. If necessary, legal proceedings will be conducted in the competent courts of Switzerland.
